Cancellations and Refunds
Live In-Person Events: Due to the actual hard costs involved in putting on an in-person event, cancellations will be refunded at 100% up to 14 days prior to the event date and 50% up to 4 business days prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued inside of 4 business days prior to the event date.
Live Virtual Events: Cancellations will be refunded at 100% up to 4 business days prior to the event, and 50% up to 24 hours in advance of the event start time. No refunds will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of a virtual event.
Digital Courses: 30 day no-risk money back guarantee. 100% refundable if not fully satisfied and refund is requested inside of 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
